SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Postage within New Zealand and Australia for all orders over $100 is free. This includes delivery's to Rural addresses and Waiheke Island. Our standard postage rate is $6.90 for any orders under $100.

NZ P.O. Boxes
We do not deliver to P.O Boxes. You will require a standard residential address to have your item delivered. Our products are just way too big for this delivery option.

NZ Rural Addresses
We deliver to rural addresses for an additional $3 (unless you qualify for Free Shipping if your order total is over $100)

DISCLAIMER
All orders have a 7 day processing time in which your order will be sent once our team has accepted and approved your order. All our products are made to order, and there is a 14 day manufacturing time to complete and prepare your order.

There is a 20-35 day waiting period for all orders to be delivered. Please keep this in mind. We do not offer overnight shipping for any of our products. The average waiting period for delivery is 14 days.

RETURNS

Boho Realm is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. In the event that you should need to return your purchase, you have 14 days to submit a Returns ticket to our team.

SECTION 1: ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

We do not accept all return requests. Your request must meet the following guidelines in order for Boho Realm to process your returns claim. We will only accept a returns claim based on the following factors.

- The item doesn't match the online description
- The product is damaged and/or defective
- The product doesn't fit right or incorrect sizing

We reserve the right to decline all returns claims where customers have "change of mind" or "incorrect sizing" on there purchases.

SECTION 2: RETURNS CLAIM PROCESS

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your tax invoice will have been emailed to you at the time you placed your order. To process your returns claim you will need to contact our support team by either emailing support@bohorealm.com or using our contact page, with the following details:

- Your full name, Address, and order number
- Your reason for return
- Proof of damaged/faulty products (if required)

All returns claims will be processed within 10 business days. You will be contacted via email with the approval or decline of your claim.

SECTION 3: REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returns claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 working days.

SECTION 4: EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bohorealm.com.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Boho Realm will be responsible for shipping costs where a returns claim is for the item is damaged or faulty or when the item doesn't match the online description.

Please keep all original packaging if there is an issue with your order. If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open or use it, we do not process returns on used items.
